§ 45-57a-64-61

The placement of control devices and timing of yellow lights and redlight clearance intervals, adopted by the city, shall conform to the mostrecent edition of the Traffic Engineering Handbook. It shall be presumed that the city is in compliance with thissection unless the contrary is shown by a preponderance of the evidence.(Act 2012–326, p. 758, § 12.)
