Every person who shall be appointed a member of the Civil Service Board of Calhoun County shall within 15 days thereafter qualify by making oath that they are eligible for the office and will execute the duties of the office to the best of their knowledge and ability. The oath shall be administered by any person authorized to administer oaths, reduced to writing, and a copy filed in the office of the judge of probate.(Act 96-479, p. 595, §7.)
