§ 45-8-200-11

The State Comptroller is hereby required to furnish to the commissioner of licenses all books, records, and blanks, now or hereafter required by law to be furnished to the judge of probate in connection with the performance of his or her duties in the issuance or collection of licenses or privilege taxes.(Act 1965, No. 154, p. 218, §12.)
