(a) In Calhoun County, in any case in which court costs are assessed in the district and circuit court of the county, there shall be assessed and collected as other costs and charges are collected an additional court cost in the amount of five dollars ($5) which shall be used solely for security at the Calhoun County Courthouse.(b) The provisions of this section are supplemental and shall not be construed to repeal any section not in direct conflict with this section.(Act 94-604, p. 1119, §1.)
