§ 45-8a-130-03

All employees of the city shall be governed by civil service rules and regulations prescribed in or promulgated pursuant to this part, administered by a civil service board, the creation of which is provided for in Section 45- 8A-130.04. Present employees shall remain in their respective employments during good behavior; but nothing herein shall be construed to prevent or preclude the removal of an employee for cause in the manner hereinafter provided; and such employees shall be subject fully to the provisions of this part.(Act 84-405, p. 947, §4.)
