Any person in the service of the city by appointment under civil service rules or regulations who willfully violates any of the provisions of this part, or any rule or regulation issued in pursuance thereof, shall be dismissed from service under the system and shall not be reappointed for two years.(Act 84-405, p. 947, §17.)
