The County Commission of Chambers County, Alabama, is hereby exempted from the provisions of Section 16-9-24 which requires the commission to provide the county superintendent of education with necessary furniture, office equipment, stationery, postage, forms, and supplies.(Act 85-901, p. 176, §1.)
