The Sheriff of Chambers County shall be entitled to receive a salary increase in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to be added to his or her existing base salary. The additional increase shall become effective with the sheriff’s 2019 term of office. This increase shall be paid out of the county general fund. This salary increase shall be in addition to any and all other compensation, salary, and expense allowances provided for by law.(Act 2006-350, p. 925, §1; Act 2018-269, §1.)
