The Coroner of Chambers County shall receive a monthly travel allowance of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) each month, in lieu of any mileage allowance heretofore prescribed by law, and such allowance shall be payable from the county general fund.(Act 81-466, p. 816, §1; Act 91-292, p. 546, §1.)
