(a) In Chambers County, the judge of probate shall be relieved of personal liability for programming or data entry errors and omissions made in good faith.(b) It shall be the duty of the judge of probate to ensure that employees exercise due care in performing their required duties and make a diligent effort to correct any error, mistake, or omission.(Act 99-548, p. 1193, §§1, 2.)
