§ 45-9a-51

The Cities of Lanett and Valley in Chambers County are hereby authorized and empowered to enter into contractual agreements to furnish and provide municipal services and to share services and facilities, including but not limited to: jails, fire protection equipment and services, and ambulance service.(Act 81-937, 1st Sp.
