Any person who willfully violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year or by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both fine and imprisonment.(Act 2001-692, p. 1439, §17.)
