, of Division Inseparable and Nonseverable.It is expressly provided that each section, clause, provision, or portion of this division shall be construed as inseparable and nonseverable from all others, and in the event that any section, clause, provision, or portion of this division shall be held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, the entire division and each section, clause, provision, or portion thereof shall be inoperative and have no effect.
