A receiver may file or, if ordered by the court, shall file an interim report that includes all of the following:(1) The activities of the receiver since appointment or a previous report.(2) Receipts and disbursements, including a payment made or proposed to be made to a professional engaged by the receiver.(3) Receipts and dispositions of receivership property.(4) A request for, or demand for, payment of fees and expenses of the receiver and, if not filed separately, a request for approval of payment of the fees and expenses.(5) Any other information required by the court.(Act 2024-380, §19.)
