Section 8-15-45 - Default by Occupant - Denial of Access; Removal and Disposition of Personal Property

If the occupant is in default, the operator may deny the occupant access to the leased space at the self-service storage facility. The operator may enter and remove the personal property from the leased space to other suitable storage space pending its sale or other disposition.(Act 2021-183, §1.)
