This article does not impair the power of the parties to a rental agreement to create rights, duties, or obligations in the rental agreement. The rights provided to an operator by this article are in addition to all other rights provided by law to a creditor against a debtor or to a landlord against a tenant.(Act 2021-183, §1.)
