All public weighmasters shall keep and preserve correct and accurate records of all public weighings as provided by this article, which records shall be open at all times for inspection by the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries or his assistants.(Ag. Code 1927, §269; Code 1940, T. 2, §625.)
