Section 8-16-107 - Operating Weighing or Measuring Device Other Than as Intended

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any weighing or measuring device in any other manner than that which would be a regular and intended method of operation by the manufacturer, as is evidenced by the make-up of the device itself as being the proper method of operation.(Ag.
