, Prohibited If Misbranded, Adulterated or Unregistered.No person shall sell, offer for sale, keep for sale, distribute, or add to the hydraulic brake system of motor vehicles in this state any brake fluid which is misbranded or adulterated; and no person shall sell, offer for sale, keep for sale, or distribute any brake fluid in this state unless the manufacturer, packer or distributor thereof has registered the product and obtained a permit as required under the provisions of this article.
