Section 8-17-40 - Standards for Raw Linseed Oil

No person shall sell or take orders for sale and delivery within the state any raw linseed oil unless the same is wholly obtained from the seeds of the flax plant (linum usitatissimum) and unless the same fulfills all the requirements recognized by the United States pharmacopoeia official at the time of the investigation.(Ag.
