Section 8-17-41 - Standards for Boiled Linseed Oil

No person shall sell or take orders for sale and delivery within this state any boiled linseed oil, or so-called 'boiled oil,' unless the same has been prepared from pure raw linseed oil and lead and manganese driers and unless the same complies with the standards and requirements prescribed by the State Board of Agriculture and Industries.(Ag.
