, of Illegal Oil.Any reclaimed or re-refined oil kept for sale or offered for sale in violation of any of the provisions of this division shall be subject to suspension from sale, seizure and condemnation in accordance with the provisions of Article 2, Chapter 2 of Title 2, and all of the provisions of said Article 2 shall be applicable to oil regulated by this division.
