Section 8-17-137 - Imitation of Markings, Etc

, of Others with Intent to Deceive.It shall be unlawful for any person to imitate the design, symbol, emblem, color scheme, trade name, or markings of any equipment used by any other marketer of petroleum products with the intent to deceive a purchaser as to the nature, source, quality or identity of any petroleum product sold by such person to the purchaser.
