§ 8-19c-9

No action or proceeding may be brought under Section 8-19C-6 or Section 8-19C-7 more than two years after the person bringing the action knew or should have known of the occurrence of the alleged violation; or more than two years after the termination of any proceeding or action by the state, whichever is later.(Act 99-450, p. 1043, §10.)
