, by Corporations Prohibited.No corporation doing business in this state shall pay out, by its agents or officers, any change bills, notes, or paper issued without authority of law, the circulation or passing of which is prohibited by the laws of this state; and if such corporation allows the same, it incurs a forfeiture of its charter.
