§ 8-9b-16

This chapter applies to transfers made on or after January 1, 2019, and does not apply to a transfer made before January 1, 2019. The Alabama Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, Sections 8-9A-1 to 8-9A-12, inclusive, shall apply to transfers made prior to January 1, 2019, and shall not apply to a transfer made on or after January 1, 2019.(Act 2018-163, §1.)
