, License.The lending, borrowing, selling, buying, renting, or using in any way the license of another to hunt, fish, trap, deal in furs, or to take oysters or shrimp shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).
