Section 9-11-7 - Violations of Fish and Game Laws - District Attorneys to Prosecute; District Attorney’s Fee

The district attorney of any county in which any violation of the provisions of the game and fish laws or the rules and regulations set out therein occurs, or his or her assistant, shall appear on behalf of the state and prosecute the offender.
