, of Shrimp Not Fit for Human Consumption.No person shall purchase, sell, can, ship or otherwise transport any fresh saltwater shrimp which are not in prime condition, that is, suitable to be eaten by human beings as food; and, upon condemnation by the Director, Marine Resources Division, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources or his assistant of any fresh saltwater shrimp which have deteriorated to the extent that they are not suitable for human consumption, the person, firm, corporation or partnership having such fresh saltwater shrimp so condemned in his possession shall make such disposition thereof as the Director, Marine Resources Division, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources or his assistants may direct.
