, to Take, Etc., Oysters or Shrimp.It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or association to take or catch or attempt to take or catch any oysters or shrimp by the use of any boat, barge or watercraft which has not been duly licensed by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
