Section 9-14-25 - Financial Resources of Persons, Etc

, Seeking Concessions; Submission of Financial Statements with Bids; Verification of Same.No person, firm or corporation shall be granted a concession contract who or which does not have sufficient financial resources to properly operate a concession. All bidders for concessions must submit with their bids a complete financial statement, which statement shall be subject to full verification by proper state officials. Any bid submitted without such statement may not be considered.
