(a) The Legislature declares that it is the purpose of this section to authorize the Commissioner of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to designate the calendar work week for its law enforcement officers.(b) For the purpose of Sections 36-21-4 and 36-21-5, the Commissioner of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources may designate the calendar work week for the law enforcement officers employed by the department.
