§ 10-15-025

Each cooperative shall continuously maintain in this state a registered (1) office which may, but need not, be the same as its place of business; (2) agent, who may be either an individual resident in the state whose business office is identical with the registered office, or a domestic corporation having a business office identical with the registered office, or a foreign corporation authorized to transact business in the state and having a business office identical with the registered office.
