(a) Property used during or in aid of a violation of this chapter may be forfeited to the state to the extent permitted under and in accordance with the provisions of AS 17.30.110 - 17.30.126. (b) For purposes of this section the terms 'controlled substance' and 'this chapter', as used in AS 17.30.110 - 17.30.126, shall be construed as 'imitation controlled substance' and 'AS 11.73' respectively.
