(a) An amendment to AS 14.25.009 - 14.25.220 is not retroactive unless its retroactivity is expressly stated in the amendment. (b) The monthly amount of a benefit payable under AS 14.25.009 - 14.25.220 shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of AS 14.25.009 - 14.25.220 in effect on the date of termination of the member's last segment of employment.
