§ 15-56-012

(a) Except as provided in AS 15.56.014 and 15.56.016, a person commits the crime of campaign misconduct in the first degree if the person knowingly engages in conduct that violates a provision of AS 15.13 or a regulation adopted under authority of AS 15.13. (b) Violation of this section is a corrupt practice. (c) Campaign misconduct in the first degree is a class A misdemeanor.
