There is created a revolving fish and game fund, which shall be used exclusively for the following: (1) to carry out the purposes and provisions of this title, except AS 16.51 and AS 16.52, or other duties that may be delegated by the legislature to the commissioner or the department; (2) [Repealed, § 34 ch 18 SLA 2016.] (3) to carry out the purposes and objectives within the scope of this title except AS 16.51 and AS 16.52 as may be directed by the donor of any such funds.
