(a) The state-owned tide and submerged land and water within the following described parcels is established as a state wildlife sanctuary to be known as the Stan Price State Wildlife Sanctuary:Township 46 South, Range 69 East, Copper River MeridianSection 5: W1/2, W1/2E1/2Section 6: SE1/4SE1/4Section 7: NE1/4NE1/4Section 8: NW1/4, W1/2NE1/4, N1/2SW1/4.
