(a) Use privileges granted under AS 16.43.340 - 16.43.390 are subject to the regulations of the Board of Fisheries, which may adopt regulations exclusively applicable to the use of educational entry permits. (b) The commission shall adopt regulations relating to the issuance of educational entry permits, establishing eligibility criteria for recipients of the permits, and such other matters as are reasonably necessary to implement AS 16.43.340 - 16.43.390.
