(a) Each processor shall remit to the Department of Revenue before April 1 of each year the total amount of the seafood marketing assessment owed on the value of seafood products produced in Alaska by the processor in the previous calendar year. (b) [Repealed, § 28 ch 90 SLA 1991.]
