In this chapter, (1) 'asbestos' means chrysotile, amosite, crocidolite, fibrous tremolite, fibrous anthophyllite, and fibrous actinolite; (2) 'asbestos health hazard' means the presence of material containing asbestos that carries a risk of releasing asbestos fibers into the atmosphere.
