§ 19-30-320

In AS 19.30.260 - 19.30.320, (1) 'construction' or 'road improvement' has the meaning given in AS 19.59.001 and includes utility and drainage costs but excludes financial costs, right-of-way costs, and new road construction; (2) 'municipality' means a municipality that has road construction or maintenance powers; (3) 'subdivision' has the meaning given in AS 40.15.900.
