In this chapter, except as otherwise provided and unless the context requires otherwise, (1) 'authority' means the Knik Arm Bridge and Toll Authority; (2) 'board' means the board of directors of the authority; (3) 'department' means the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities; (4) [Repealed, § 22 ch 61 SLA 2015.]
