§ 26-30-050

(a) If a military facility zone is within the boundaries of only one municipality, the municipality may create a military facility zone authority for the zone. (b) If a military facility zone includes areas within the boundaries of more than one municipality, the municipalities may, by agreement, create a military facility zone authority for the zone.
