When a person abandons a vessel on the premises of a vessel storage or repair business, the owner of the business or the business owner's authorized representative may (1) sell or dispose of the vessel under AS 30.30.110 - 30.30.150; or (2) notify a state agency, municipality, or peace officer that the vessel is a derelict vessel subject to impoundment under AS 30.30.010 - 30.30.090.
