In AS 37.14.001 - 37.14.099, (1) 'authority' means the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority established under AS 44.25.200; (2) 'board' means the board of trustees of the authority; (3) 'enabling Act' means the Alaska Mental Health Enabling Act of 1956, P.L. 84-830, 70 Stat. 709.
