(a) A municipality or a corporation entitled to receive notice under AS 38.05.945(c) may hold a hearing within 30 days after receipt of the notice. If a hearing is held, the commissioner shall attend the hearing. The commissioner has discretion to hold a public hearing. (b) [Repealed, § 38 ch 91 SLA 1997.]
