§ 38-95-430

Twenty percent of the revenue generated from the carbon offset program shall be deposited into the renewable energy grant fund (AS 42.45.045). The remaining 80 percent of the revenue from the carbon offset program shall be separately accounted for under AS 37.05.142 and may be appropriated by the legislature.
