§ 39-35-008

In AS 39.35.001 - 39.35.008, (1) 'commissioner' means the commissioner of administration; (2) 'plan' means the retirement plan established in AS 39.35.095 - 39.35.680 or the retirement plan established in AS 39.35.700 - 39.35.990; (3) 'system' means all retirement plans established under the public employees' retirement system.
