(a) A license issued under this title shall, if the board so directs, be surrendered on demand to a peace officer, agent, or officer of the board. (b) The licensee shall surrender a current license to the board not later than 10 days after the loss or vacation of the licensed premises. (c) If the license is destroyed, the licensee shall notify the board.
